So...
...who does the job for Trips when he returns? I say Orton. I think that's a shame too.

I would much rather see him come back and just utterly destroy lashley. As little sense it would make, I'd like to see him take the sledgehammer to black lesnar's head...

Yeah, I think it is pretty pointless to have Triple H return and destroy Randy Orton. What are they going to base the feud off of?

"Randy, I spinebustered you and tore my quad in the process. Now you must pay for my quite apparent steroid abuse!"

I'd seriously have someone like Carlito or maybe Johnny Nitro sabatoge Triple H's return. Then they can build up a feud. Triple H can still go over cleanly, because it will greatly help one of those young guys to step up and be taken seriously by the fans.
