As he's coming down the ramp, that little hand out in front hand out behind walk, is there any reason for him doing this? Just something thats always had me wondering if theres any meaning behind it, also noticed viscera used to do it when he was a face.

Here's my theory on the Hall walk.

During the time when Razor Ramon was at his prime, the entrance to the ring was incredibly narrow compared to what we see today. It allowed the fans in those seats to reach out, pat wrestlers on the back... slap hands with the babyfaces, etc. The Hall walk narrowed his body so that the fans couldn't touch him, hence generating heel heat.
