Any of you chumps or chumpettes know anything about "Powerpoint"
I've never used the ish so I don't know, but a friend of mine (one of them schoolin' types) is doing a presentation and he's wondering if he can embed a video from Youtube into his powerpoint thing. I tried looking on Microsoft's webpage for help on the issue but I got confused and started looking at football stuff. So ummm is it possible or is he SOL

I spose you could save a link to the page, and embed the link into Powerpoint, but I dunno.

Assuming Powerpoint does have video capabilities (I don't know if it does), you would have to download the video with something like VideoDownloader for Firefox and then convert it to a format that Powerpoint can read (AVI, MPG, WMV, whatever) with a .FLV converter (I don't know of any off the top of my head).
