Enchanted Arms for 360
Can someone explain to me how this tactical battle system works? I'm interested in the ratings the game has gotten, but I'm leary about "new" ideas in video games, because 90% of the time, they're cobjobbed.

Normally, I'd rent it, but I can't find a store that has it available. So if anyone can help, rep and funky butsecks will be spread around.
