Anyone else hear of the Jim Cornette Dairy Queen incident
What is the Jim Cornette Dairy Queen Incident?
Jim Cornette and several others from Smoky Mountain Wrestling were leaving a house show and preparing to head back to the next town in a van. They went to a drive-thru Dairy Queen and ordered, as you can guess considering it was a van of wrestlers, a ton of food. They waited 20-30 minutes and made their way to the pickup window. The woman said, "You really wanted that?" as apparently she thought it was a prank order. A tired Cornette was his usual colorful self and told her they indeed did. She said they would then start making it. Cornette got even more colorful and she said, "Well, if you don't watch your mouth, you won't get anything." which sent Cornette flying out of the van screaming at the woman. The magical moment happened to be captured on a video camera being run by (now OVW ring announcer) Ron Hed, who was in Cornette's van. The video has made its way through various tape trading circles and having seen it firsthand, I can verify it's pretty damned funny! PWINSIDER.com
