How do you reset cookies?
Like, for the entire computer? From what I was told, doing this is extremely good for a computer, since cookies appearently burn up alot of space. I'm not sure how too though...

Also, is there a recommended time for doing Disk Defragmenting?

Cookies themselves take up almost no space. Temporary internet files take up a ton though.
