I read somewhere about him leaving some cocain on his desk and somebody thought it was anthrax so had to evacuate the place.

Yeah, I don't really remember how long ago this was. I'd so no more than a year or so. I could be wrong about the tights, I prolly am, but for some reason that one particular encounter with him I picture him in tights.
