Not a fan of this minor brand title being a World Title... it kills the whole 'dream to be world champion at Wrestlemania' scenario for wrestlers who win this belt.

I mean, sure, he was in a program with Punk, so not only did we know the title changed hands but reasonably that Chip Munk Punk would be the new champion, but ANYTHIG CAN HAPPEN IN WWE ECW! It could have been Doink or Shannon Moore or Crush!

Now, Obviously it couldn't have been ANY of those three.

We all know Shannon Moore will never hold a main event singles title even if it is the ECW title.
