The themes of Fight Club

There are lots. I dunno if it's meant to be deep, or it's just one of those movies that people look into too much, but whatever, it's fun to dig into because it's so well done.

Anyways, I'll list one, and then someone list another.

The one theme that is pretty cool is how it shows that being blatantly left wing will eventually lead to being extremely right wing (of course it works vice versa but it doesn't happen in the movie). Everyone's treated equally, Tyler's created pretty much a communist society. However, they all become what he wants, he brainwashes them and molds them into his minions pretty much and instead of being a liberator of freedom, he just becomes a dictator like any other communist leader. He gets all the quirks, they all serve him and he isn't treated equally- he's above everyone else and they are all his lowly maggots.
