Ten years is a long time
Ten years is the blink of an eye Three chords and a million miles With a dream that just won't die I remember the oil rigs churnin' Saw the world from a back porch swing By the light of the gas fires burnin' Daddy'd say, "You oughtta hear my little girl sing" Odessa Underneath the Texas sky Odessa Do you hear me when I cry? Playin' to the radio hour by hour Guitar too big and hands too small Spent a whole summer pickin' Wildwood Flower Mother Maybelle, she was ten feet tall Kids in school used to whisper out loud "Do you see that girl over there? Poor little fool's got her head in the clouds Yeah, she thinks she's goin' somewhere" I don't care about fame and fortune Camera in your face and a dollar in the bank I want to go runnin' through the fields Drinkin' hot water from a railway tank Hotel rooms and smoke-filled bars No, this ain't no back porch swing I want to go home but I've come too far Daddy, you oughtta hear your little girl sing |

Errr...I mean, ten years is a long time. It's hard to accurately predict that far.

Vince will be out and Stephanie will be in charge. Not much will have changed. I think they'll pretty much stay where they are right now, fluctuating both direction every few years. The rosters will be merged and someone who we never heard of - even on the Indy scene - will be the second big thing, after "The Second Coming" John Cena. Cena will hold the longest-reigning world championship title record for the modern era, holding it for 3 years a 281 days.
They'll have stopped making movies at this time but their Blu-D-DVD business will be booming. "The Rise and Fall of TNA" will be the number one BDDVD, followed closely by "Absolved: The Chris Benoit Story" and "Hornswoggle: The Littlest Grand Slammer". Fans will still be bitching about the fact that a WCW DVD never came out. Triple H will have been caught in a sex scandal with Cherry, and DH Hart made an infamous "Popped Her Cherry" promo. Ultimately, Triple H and Stephanie will have gone through a separation but are still together. Triple H is now in the Vince McMahon role. He will have held the title a grand total of 75 times, after declaring it having 24/7 rules for two years. At WrestleMania 30, Hulk Hogan made his final wrestling appearance, facing The Hip Hop Collie. In the match, Hogan went for a Bodyslam but broke both his hips. This, 'fortunately', opened up the 'feud of the year', Nick "Hulkster 2.0" Hogan vs. HHC. Chris Jericho will be "burned out" again, and will be making his next return this time with a viral video dubbed "Numa 2 Numa". He returns with his sidekick, "The Numa Kid" Ralphus II. TNA will be gone, after John Cena quit WWE after a contractual dispute and went there. After he formed the World Chain Association with Vince Russo, Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar the company went down. Rumor has it he was a mole by WWE to destroy the company. WWE will have bought them out - working into the storyline that they were always owned by WWE. Ring of Honor will have dissolved and overtaken by a number of other indy promotions. MMA will have gone through many steroid-related scandals, and eventually the UFC admits that they are "purely entertainment" and a work, thus working around using steroids, much the same way WWE will eventually. |

It will have seen peaks and valleys. Ten thousand members of the IWC will have vowed to never watch wrestling again a total combined number of 123,654,256,548,657,426,666 times. Only death will keep Vince McMahon off television. WWE will still be owned, run, and dominated by McMahons. The IWC will be unable to get over some random outrage that took place circa 2009, which will still be overshadowed by Montreal. MVP will have become a multiple time world champion and the most successful black wrestler evarz.

I can see wrestling going back to a territory system in ten years. Steph will be in charge of WWE, and the business falls on its ass after her latest empowering women angle in 2012. WWE is no longer an empire in wrestling, but a governing body, much like the NWA during the territory era.
TNA will be gone in two years. ROH will likely be gone in five years, with WWE buying them out. |

Welcome to RAW’s 25th Anniversary Celebration
Vince comes to the ring doing his power-walk (although less spectacular these days what with him in a wheel-chair and all) and welcomes us to RAW along with his new wife Dixie Carter, daughter Stephanie, son Shane and illegitimate sons Jeff, Matt, Randy, Chris, Jamie and Chavo. As you will recall, 9 years ago it was revealed that Hornswoggle was not Vince’s illegitimate son by Shannon Moore – who turned out to be Vince’s illegitimate daughter. He tells us that tonight he will announce the greatest WWE Superstar of the past 25 years, and unlike RAW’s 15th anniversary, he will NOT name himself. He also announces that “For One Night Only” DX will be reforming, along with Evolution, Revolution, Ellocution, Revulsion, Repulsion, Expulsion and every other faction the 68-time World Champion HHH has been a part of over the last 25 years. Tonight will also feature Ric Flair. Will tonight’s match be Flair’s retirement match? Ric Flair who has remained undefeated for the last 10 years faces WWE Champion John Cena, now in his 8th consecutive year as champion. WWE Tag Champions, The Great Khali and Hornswoggle will defend their titles against Kane and Rey Mysterio in a “Midget loser leaves RAW” stipulation match. Batista will get a shot at the WHC title against The Undertaker in a “Loser will never get another title-shot (until the next PPV)” match. Sunny comes to the ring, looking sensational, followed by Lita (who trips on the ramp) and Mae Young accompanied by her new lover Matt Boone <<< click here to see Matt Boone Nipple Slips…No BS Link >>> At the end of the show, Vince, in fact, DOES announce himself as the Greatest WWE Superstar of all time. He cops a beer bath from SCSA and has a mental breakdown. So really, 10 years, down the track, not a lot will have changed. Oh, and The Rock declined an invitation to attend. Oh, and the hot topic on TPWW will be a TOVO poll: Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart. |

After the match, it's reported that Taker went to Vince's office, closed the door, and walked out twenty minutes later. Vince was never seen again, on-camera or off. The investigation is still pending. This event was dubbed "Montreal3". Kane went on to film "See No Evil 2: 9 Foot Maggot", and did a porn gimmick until he finally quit. He went on to become our 45th president, and promised to eliminate any and all fire-related concerns. May 19th has been dubbed "Evil Twin Day" and is an official federal holiday. Big Show never returned. He went on to become very successful selling skillets. You can purchase "Hand Skillets" everywhere. The Rock made a surprising return to full action in 2010. As this was during the Triple H/Stephanie separation era, he switched between jobbing to Funaki on Heat and main eventing RAW on a monthly basis. He's currently in the midcard, loosely associated with the tag champions, Jomaga. Austin continues to make a return every three months, stunning someone and leaving for no real good reason. He's grown his hair out. |

With The Rock, so instead of being called the Peoples champ anymore, he will be referred as The Man formerly know as The Rock, R.J. Rocky.

Shannon Moore finally finished his 'transformation' in 2014. He now wrestles as Shadd Mann and is a multi-time Intercontinental champion. He has a build similar to Brock Lesnar.
Brock Lesnar, ironically, was arrested on hacking. Apparently he was an uber-closet-nerd. |

For real? Cyber Cena (now avec cyborg upgrades) wins, "The Nature Boy" HHH eulogizes Ric Flair, HBK is forced into retirement after his hair plug surgery goes horribly wrong, CM Punk is wrestling in a gimmick battle royal at WrestleMania 34, Hollywood Nick Spark Plug Hogan jobs to MVP in a best of 7 series for the US title, even though MVP has already been both WWE and WH champions, people on TPWW still talk about SS97, even tho the wrestling forum part of the site is shut down, and finally BDC takes over Iceland and renames it The Starscreamian Empire, with its chief export being tall blonde women.
