WrestleMania price
Hi everybody, new poster here. Just thought I'd say hey before I post my first message.

Have you guys heard the price of WrestleMania is going up again this year? This time it's $54.95. Will you still order it?

No I didnt know they were raising the price again. That sucks... guess this year im going to Buffalo Wild Wings but then again I missed the first showing last year because I was at the drag races.

I'll probably still order it but I'm wondering how much is enough. If they keep raising the price every year for sure the viewership will drop.

WrestleMania 2000 was $60 but it was like an 8 hour broadcast with a pre-show and shit.

I don't see much of a problem right now. Once the SD non-Mania PPVs hit $50+ I'll worry.

It's the product itself that is going to affect it. If the product was "good" overall the price raise wouldn't have affected it whatsoever - they could have upped it to $60 and it wouldn't have made the difference. The fact that there is dwindling interest is going to hurt it a lot more.

It'll be that fringe who were just looking for an excuse not to order it. They'll still get the hardcores and the fans/casuals who order it just because it's WrestleMania.

I do that every PPV at the local BW3 as we call it. Free PPV, you just pay for your food/drink and raffle tickets for the poster if you ever chip in for the raffle. I chipped in $15 for it at SS and won the freakin’ sweet Edge poster, and I gotta say, I was pretty stoked...
