CM Punk and Jeff Hardy are going to have a feud when Jeff gets back.

Jeff will be all like "That should be my case, I never got my shot" and Punk will be like "uhhhhh... yeah... serves you right for not leading a drug free life, like me" and Jeff will be all "STFU drugs are great" and slap him.

Yeah, plans seem to be to keep Punk face for at least a while yet. You might be right about Jeff Hardy getting a shot, but it will probably be like:

That doesn't make punk come off as a prick at all. Makes him come off as a face actually. In my eyes anyways.

I think Punk and Jericho will fued, while MVP and Matt Hardy fued. Jeff won't have much to do right away when he gets back. He'll probably just go over jobbers every week for a while until a new program opens up. Probably Kennedy, maybe HBK if he's lucky
