The PPV Battle...
With the current landscape of PPVs, you can have multiple on the same night.

Do you think if it was like this back in 96 or so, that Bischoff would have put his PPVs up against Vince? And would this have changed anything?

WWE is a global phenomenon. TNA is yet in it's beta stage and ROH doesn't have much popularity outside the states. Maybe after a couple of years.

back in 87 Vince ran Survivor Series against Crockett's Starcade. Both Great Shows, but Survivor Series killed Starrcade in the buy rates. Reason why is because more PPV companies chose to carry Vince's show because Vince threatened to pull Mania 4 from anyone who didn't run Series. random thought when I saw the thread.

but I dunno if it would of changed anything back in 96 to be honest. Maybe it would of put Vince in a bigger hole then already, but he was already in quite a big hole anyway.
