Umaga, first and foremost. There is your next ECW Champion. It also gets Armando Estrada and Umaga back together. Rey Mysterio would be a great face for the brand, and I think Umaga vs. Rey Mysterio could be a good ECW Title match for WrestleMania XXV. Jeff Hardy would also be good, given that he recently got suspended, and the move "punishes" him by moving him off the A-show. Also, Hardy is over, and provides them with another star.

Super Crazy needs to head back to ECW, too. I don't know what he will do there, but it'd be more than what he's doing on RAW. Super Crazy vs. Nunzio is a good match, too. Plus, now that they are rumoured to be getting Matt Sydal, I'm sure you can get some fun matches out of that.
