You could say that about everyone on the roster except Mickie, Natalya and Beth. It's not like wrestling is the chief concern of the women's divison. They just need notable attractive women. Those three girls were all pretty popular as far as divas go and WWE-attractive.

Instead of creating a new divas title on SmackDown, they are better off moving Natalya, Victoria, and even Cherry to RAW to make that the women's wrestling show. And if Vince didn't have his theory of hiring models to make wrestle, instead of hiring great looking girls that can, he wouldn't have this problem.

Plus Vince has a stick up his ass about homegrown talent. Vince, you don't have compition you don't have to worry about loyality when you are the only game out there. And using models who don't care all that much about something as stupid and dangerous are wrestling aren't going to be nearly as loyal as a chick who has been living paycheck to paycheck and is finally making enough money where she is actaully getting ahead instead of just treading water. |

That is definitely true about Trish. They have definitely failed with Ashley and Candice.
Even though I don't watch much TNA, they actually got the womens division going right. They find the girls who want to wrestle, such as Shimmer and ROH. Even though Daizee Haze not getting a contract is stupid. But I would love to see Lacey and Daizee both get called to WWE. There they can have their hot women who actually can wrestle. |

Ya I'm pretty stunned Lacey's never even gotten a look, or so it seems. Easily the most 'sports entertainment' ready out of any of them.

Didn't Lacey say something about never wanting to work for the WWE? I mean, it'd be a wet dream, but I don't know how likely it would be.
One woman I didn't hear mentioned in there, was Victoria Crawford, who I remember hearing good things about when she was working in DSW. She would probably be described as a "model" more than a wrestler, but I remember hearing that she was impressing a lot of people down there. Closer to a Michelle McCool than a Kelly Kelly, for example. She currently plays Alicia Fox (I think that's her name), the wedding planner for Edge and Vickie Guerrero. The WWE should have never released Shantelle Taylor. Fuck that was a stupid move on their part, and I am still rather upset by it. If I were the WWE, I'd also look in to signing "Dark Angel" Sarah Stock. I actually haven't seen too much of her work, but apparently she's good in the ring, and she appears to be an attractive woman. Oh, and they should re-hire Molly Holly, FTW. |

To be fair, though, until Candice Michelle gets back, there are more than enough women to keep Mickie James busy. Then you just trade the belt between the women, and then trade some ladies over to freshen up each division. What the WWE has now is pretty manageable. They could use more ladies, though.
Amber O'Neal is hot for 34 year old, but I'm not sure how good her wrestling abilities are. MsChif is talented, and wouldn't fit the traditional WWE mold (which might help her stand out). I've also had a massive crush on Valentina for the longest time. She was trained by Homicide. |

I think the WWE could learn a thing or two from the TNA Knockout division. Angelina Love and Velvet Sky are great heals. Awesome Kong and Moose are great "monster" characters in the division. ODB gets on my nerves, but she does add character, as does Roxxi. The "Bimbo Brawl" I saw last Thursday was the most hardcore woman's match I've seen between WWE and TNA. They didn't hold back at all.
The WWE is all about fake tits and pillow fights. Women that can wrestle, like Victoria; are used as fill-ins at best. Although, I will say the match between Melina and Beth Phoenix last month was pretty good. |

And Vince is definitely an idiot when it comes to female wrestlers. How he had both Talia Madison and Shantelle Taylor at his fingertips, just to let both go is just moronic. Talia even tried out for the diva search, which she hated, just to try to get a job with WWE. At least she does have a full-time job now. I would like to throw out Lizzy Valentine or even Sara Del Ray as well. Since Sydal is in the company, they should bring in his WSX girfriend as part of the womens division. Del Ray may work now too, especially due to the storyline in ROH right now where Sweeney has been trying to make her more "diva-like". |

Lizzy Valentine being a part of ECW, and establishing herself in the Divas Division before moving over to RAW with the probable new talent exchange would be pretty awesome. They could give her a gimmick where she is a girl who used to watch the old ECW, and wants to live in that spirit. An "extreme" girl, without doing anything to her look. Would get her over pretty instantly as a likable presence in both ECW and on SmackDown!.
Sara Del Ray would be a godsend, but who knows if the WWE could handle her? It would also possibly cripple independent female wrestling. I suppose MsChif would be a massive sledgehammer to that, though. I'd like to see Del Ray as a face character, to be honest. A female looking to bring respect and show off her wrestling talents before her body who is not presented as a bad person for it. Amber O'Neal could play a MILF character, and be pretty hilarious with it. Sarah Stock is another woman I could see doing the face "respect" deal. |
