Here's a little Alpha Male apprecation thread.



I though he was gonna be one of the biggest draws in TNA and later ECW. He was big, agile and unlike other past mucles like Ammed Johnson or Bobby Lashley he could cut a promo. He never really got a chance to get over in ECW before he had the family issues and was released shortly afterwards. I always liked him and hope he gets another shot in TNA.

yeah, the man is money if he is given the room to do it. It seemed like he was about to, then he up and dissappears. I would preffer him back on WWE. I bet they would take him back, they only released him because he was gone for so long. I don't blame them for that.

I really wish he would come back to WWE, not on the 'C' show either. He deserves a spot on Raw or Smackdown. I would like to see him as a face in a feud with MVP, that would be a good feud over the U.S. Title.

I think that he is one of those guys thats not particularly great at anything, but just is a good entertainer overall.

Marcus Cor Von and Elijah Burke were fucking MINT together. Could have been SO huge. What was the story there? Didn't he have to look after his nieces because of some problem with his sister or somewhere thereabouts? I miss him so badly. That theme music was fucking incredible, too. COME BACK MONTY!

When I heard that Vince McMahon wanted to create a big African-American face character, it didn't take me long to miss The Pounce. If he returned as Monty Brown, I would really, really mark out. He's been taking care of personal issues since he's been gone, but you have to believe he is fine financially, and sorting things out. Eventually he is going to need more money, and the WWE will be one possibility.

When he did leave the WWE, I was half-expecting him to turn up in TNA before too long, because if he could relocate his family there, he can work, be close to them, etc. But yeah, I generally miss Marcus Cor Von.

The New Breed was a fucking great stable, by the way. I really, really like stables like that. The Spirit Squad was almost a prototype in some ways. A bunch of new guys who banded together so they would survive and thrive in the chaotic WWE environment. The New Breed allowed its workers to keep their own identities, though, and they really had no reason to be working together other than they wanted to make names for themselves over others.

An amateur boxer, an Alpha Male from the Serengeti, a vampire and a school teacher...fuck yes.
