No Cd cracks

I've just downloaded a game, called Art of Murder, a point and click adventure game. The only problem is I downloaded a no cd crack, but its in the form of something called 'SKIDROW' does anyone know how to use this? As my use of nocd cracks is limited to the type that replace the game icon.

So any advice on how to use this type of crack would be helpful, or if someone can redirect me to an easier to use crack? The one I got came from gamecopyworld.com, and the same thing from gameburnworld.com

I'm almost positive that "SKIDROW" is just the name of the group that put out the crack. What's the file extension?
