I am yet to actually see Ricky Ortiz, but I've heard he is charismatic as hell. Good to see he is getting over. Not sure if Gavin Spears is actually seriously getting a shot on the roster or not, but he's a pretty solid talent, if nothing spectacular. Often, the more unspectacular stars in OVW/FCW become the more impressive ones in the WWE.

Move Gavin to RAW, and let him sort of shadow Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase.
