Wrestlemania 25 tickets

I was gonna see if someone could help me out. My girlfriend and me are trying to get tickets for Wrestlemania 25 and im trying to see what would be the best way of getting good seats for the best price. I know they are gonna go quick when they go on sale, and also how does stubhub.com already have tickets is this from people who ordered the travel packages and are selling their tickets? Could someone please help me out, i live in Texas and this would be the best chance i will ever have to going to Wrestlemania thanks guys.
