what the fuck are you on about? You got 2 answers. If those don't count for whatever reason, then Taker at WM23. But the correct answer is Taker at 24, and Batista before that.

Has more to do with the fact that most of the reigns have been of decent length than anything. Plus Edge has been the champ every other time, and his whole character is a scheming heel.
