Fringe

anybody else watch this? i actually quite enjoyed it. really had no idea what it was going into it, but the premise seems extremely interesting. plus i'm a big joshua jackson fan, so anything he's in i'll give a shot.

please tell me i was not the only one who watched/enjoyed this show.

I tivo'd it, been rewatching Shield series to prepare myself for a kick ass ending of the show (still watching new episodes too). But yeah looks pretty good, didn't even realize it was on today until saw tivo recording shit. Maybe check it out soon, got that and Sons of Anarchy to work on.

I enjoyed it. I think it set up the series to be really good. Just hope it pulls through with the rest of the show.

the john character holds the key to a lot of shit, and there is no way he is dead. he will be reanimated or some shit. and that is the most intriguing part of this show to me. science seems to have advanced to the point that anything is possible. while that could lead to problems if they take it too far, it is also the thing that draws me too it the most. not to mention that this power is in the hands of a corporation with more access than the fbi.

Started off promising but about 40 minutes in it just got downright absurd. Acting was MOKAY at best and the dialogue was pretty super terrible

I remembered this thread from a while back. Just catching episode two off my DVR. The first episode was okay. I was more into the premise than the show itself, and was hoping episode 2 might be a lot better. So far, I'm pretty "meh" about the whole thing, but I'm not hating it. I try not to dismiss a show because of the first couple episodes, but this is totally not hooking me so far.

yeah the premise hooked me, too. i'm going to give it this whole season to see if they can tie some shit together, but so far i've been rather unimpressed. i see the potential, though.

94 SVT Cobra does not have that much rep yet (10+)
i read about these shows, and cant help but think to myself "thank god i stopped just watching tv all together, and not just WWE"

cause now, its sounds like there all blending together

"J.J. Arbahms is a TV GOD!"

...right.
seriously are all these new shows that sound really over done, dramatic, and down reight retarted, really that good? I listen to the radio all day cause i drive for my work and im always hearing these corny ass commercials that just make me shake my head. sometimes i wonder whats worse, the tv shows that were supposed to buy into, or the music were supposed to buy into.
