K, need song help
In a bar on Saturday. Quite drunk. Heard a song, that I am absolutely positive I've heard before, but I cannot remember it. It was an irish punk song, with lyrics about being gone (gone for a long time, or gone for a year maybe?)

This is driving me insane. I know it's right on the tip of my brain, but I can't remember it. Help.

I think the reason that you thought they were Irish is that the lead singer Alan Doyle has a rather thick Newfoundland accent. Thats a bit of trivia if you didnt already know. (Actually met him myself )
