Trying to Multitask slack

So can someone tell me a dvd playing program that has an always on top option that can be used while I'm playing computer games?

I'm playing a lv 45 bots/bubbles MM in CoV. I don't need the entire screen, just about 1/4th of it as long as I'm just ToT or basic newspaper missions.

Power DVD (v8.0) from Cyberlink (v7.0 sucks).

You can download a free trial to see if you like it. Then either buy it or find a torrent for it (plenty around).

^ That's the first thing I thought of, but when I loaded a game, it still loads over VLC.

Run both in windowed mode.
