Smackdown easily! I've said this a few times in the 'Match of the Show' threads: the wrestling on Smackdown is never a let-down, lots of matches, no pointlessly-long promos, there's always some theme going through the night, and it is simply just more entertaining. The main events are always given time and are usually high quality, and there is always one or two very good matches, and other fair-enough ones. They fit so many short promos/backstage segments and matches into the show.
RAW had been pretty good in recent times, too, but the last few weeks of it have been pretty 'meh' to me. |

At the moment, ECW. When Edge returns, Smackdown!. Raw is simply to much of a comedy fest now a days.

I haven't watched Smackdown or ECW for over a year, so Raw wins.

Raw has HBK, Glamarella, and whenever there is a big name from the past they show up on that. Barring that, Smackdown is the best right now (though Raw's tag division is more fleshed out, it's a moot point because neither tag title gets defended on PPV).

ECW, because it still looks like a wrestling show.

I've just recently got back into watching the shows regularly, but at this point I'd rank Impact above any of them in terms of garnering my interest in the product.
SmackDown is probably the better show though. |

I must be honest. I haven't watched in a while so the "ATM" doesn't apply much to me.
I will say though, from what I've seen currently and as of a few months ago, ECW is the best wrestling show. I do like Smackdown currently (I acutally have caught some of their stuff over the past few weeks). I like that HHH feels like a real champion, Kozlov feels like a real heel, Jeff Hardy is a real contender and the title picture/main event is legitimate. It's simple heel/face booking, but I buy it because they work well. That also goes for the rest of the uppercard. The midcard has always been the problem on Smackdown. The main event scene is usually the best of the 3 brands in a traditional sense (Edge/Taker/Batista was repetivie but it worked), but the show as a whole usually lacks depth. If Smackdown had a solid tag division and put some more thought and care into the US title division it'd be amazing. Plus JR and Tazz are great. I don't care what anyone says about JR, he still makes a show/fued/match/wrestler seem like it matters as much as they used to, even if it doesn't. |
