Yah, usually whilst surfing I will just not be able to load certain pages, like every once in a while TPWW will be inaccessible for like 5 minutes, then I'll get it back again and then it'll go again.

Sames happening with BBC right now, everything else is fine.

Any ideas?

There is no one site which I cant access at all, just from time to time a site won't load
