As ridiculous as this sounds, if they follow through on their word, this is a pretty cool way to possibly get in and work for TNA (if you really wanted).

Really, I'm not condemning a concept (barring the "intern" bullshit), but a promotion that calls itself a "top promotion" (and let's not beat around the bush, they are number two in the US by a large margin) should be able to do better than word-of-mouth advertising.

They should have moved on from this concept years ago when the fan base topped off and started hitting proper advertising avenues. They really aren't growing at the point in terms of fans.

On top of that, they really need to cut the crap and start touring more than house shows and ppvs. They would need a leaner roster to do so, but their roster is larger than WWEs right now, I think they could cut a few people.
