I'm not too familiar with Chikara but from what I've heard, any of their tournaments would be something to look in to (Tag World Grand Prix, Torneo Cibernetico, Young Lions Cup, King of Trios).

Wiki has a good basic overview of them in terms of who participated in them.

Yeah, I've been watching this years King of Trios and it has been incredible. I'd also recommend checking out the 2008 shows because storyline wise that has been Chikara's best stuff.

There's a best of 2008 DVD that has some good stuff on. Covers the major storyline(s) that went on through the year too.
