Casting Call: X-23

Yeah, still doing this. I remember having a spat with another poster over the Marvel character, X-23. I was reminded after seeing the Wolverine movie and I though about how she could be incorporated into the movie-verse. I concluded that if Fox stops screwing around with this First Class bullshit and pick up where X3 left off, X-23 could be added in the mix. But who would join Shawn Ashmore, Ellen Page, and Halle Berry as they fight for the world that hates and fears them? Thought about it for a bit, and the answer for who would portray Wolverine's killer sister/clone/daughter/thing came from Disney of all places.

Venessa Hudgens as X-23:

I never heard of Hudgens before she added to the Disney teen-slut curse a while ago, and even then I paid little mind to what she did prior (High School Musical or some shit?). I have no support for this pick other than that she visually, naturally, seems to have X-23's look. I'm betting after a bit of 'X-Men School' from Fox producers and some tutelage from Jackman himself, she could pull off the troubled teen Weapon X subsidiary who debuted in X-Men Evolution.

Let's face it, her days with Disney are numbered. I think Fox should snatch her ass and prime her for some Berserker Tween Rage in an X-Men movie that focus on the remaining young members left after The Last Stand. From the looks of things, Fox likes all things claws anyway.

So what say you, the goers of TPWW? Am I crazy, or this a decent choice? Sound off while I drink some juice.
