Would Spencer Pratt be the most over heel in the WWE?

Watching that stupid show got me thinking. If Spencer Pratt got trained and even had basic skills he be BY FAR the most over heel in the WWE. I'm shocked the WWE or at the very least TNA hasn't approached him. He'd be killer on the mic. An amazing manager if paired with a guy like The Miz, since they have the reality TV commonality.
