Definitely not surprising, they clearly had nothing for the guy. I could see him getting decent work elsewhere though solely due to being Snuka's son.

I still say that if they had shown that opposite side of the ring camera angle when it first happened I would have thought Taker had died.

Sim Snuka was not exactly a young talent, or anything too special. He could have been given more of a shot, though. After the Chris Jericho legend stuff, Snuka could have at least stood up for his dear old dad and took Jericho to the limit, or something.

Just curious, for those with wrestling knowledge (Destor, Carl -- I'm looking at you guys), do you think Snuka is responsible for Taker's dive going awry at WrestleMania? Apparently that was a large part of the reason he was released.
