They were quite innovative for their time when it came to a conscience as far in politics and government in rap music

I have great nostalgia of Public Enemy, and they're good and all, but I think Outkast is just far better musically

Public Enemy is obviously a lot more significant but when it comes down to it I think OutKast are just a way better group.
