Catching up on Chikara

So I've been on a huge Chikara kick lately and am currently catching up on their 2009 shows. I just finished watching behind the 8 ball and am really excited to watch the next few shows.

The buildup for the Colony/fist feud has been incredible to watch. At the end of the tag match when Chuck Taylor and Icarus beatdown on the colony, they did it in such a way that conveyed this hatred. This was the perfect setup for the mask vs hair match at Aniversario.

I also really liked the Jimmy Olsen/ Colin Delaney match for the young lions cup. Jimmy is wrestling as Equinox and the start of the match is just Colin egging him on to take the mask off. After a few exchanges Jimmy takes the mask off and the crowd just eats it up. The ending saw Jimmy catch Colin with a knee to the face followed by a ridiculous punch. Postmatch saw a possible Olsen reunion but instead of hugging his brother Colin turned his back and kicked the young lions cup.

Next up is the Bobliographon. I am once again excited about wrestling.
