The Small Screen Showdown - *Nominations*

Alright folks, it's time to decide once and for all who deserves to be called the greatest television character of all time. And the best part is we're letting YOU the viewer decide who gets into the tournament!

So here's how this works. We've split the field into 4 main genres: Action, Comedy, Drama, and Sci-Fi. You will nominate three characters for each category. We've done this to ensure a good mixture of entries and not just a large batch from 1 or 2 genres. But since not everyone is equally familiar with each genre, we've also included 5 miscellaneous spots at the bottom so you can nominate some extra characters regardless of genre. So if you watch mainly action shows and not many comedies, you can put more action characters on your list. It's a big list of nominees, but there are a lot of tv characters out there.

After the nomination process is over we'll count up nominees and the top vote getters from each genre will be entered into the tournament. So even if your character has already been listed by someone else, go ahead and list him or her again.
