Louie was indeed very good. Unfortunately - he never got the
chance to show it much. His time in ECW was where he really
got to show a lot of his skill. His stints with the WCW & WWF
(although giving him a ton of great exposure) never really allo-
wed him to shine.

Louie died of a drug overdose.

I believe in the late 1990's (around '98 IIRC).
