Do wrestlers' family get paid?

I was just wondering. Let's look back at the Rey/Eddie/Dominik. Would Dominik, Vickie and Rey's wife have been paid for their appearances? I'm sure Dominik was in some way, but what about Rey's wife, who had a one-off at the end of the feud?

I would think they would get a pay off. No point in working for free, especially if they're generating revenue. Even a modest paycheck would work because they're helping their family.

If they were paid I would think that they would have to be 'contracted' (even if the contract was valid for one day only).

It may actually come down to an insurance/risk/liability argument whereby they would HAVE to be a paid contractor (even if the amount was only $1.00) to appear in a show.

Yeah, I figured that was the case.

But with Rey's wife, she really just hugged Rey (and made him look like her other child) and walked to the back.

I think it depends on the role. In that case, I would expect that Rey's family were in attendance, and someone in creative just threw it out there, and Rey said OK or something.
