So who's gonna get the TMNT DVD when it comes outttt
April 20th wahtttttttt
I'm not sure exactly what it is. Amazon has it listed at like $13, so maybe it's just like one season or something. That alone would be ****ing awesome. I hope they release every season of it eventually. So yeah, who else is gonna get thissssssss |

It is described as the first season but according to the spec it only has 9 episodes, hence the low price.
And according to what I just read the 4 bonus episodes are actually eps from Season 10 (?) so that'll be...uh...interesting. |

Is it the old TNMT. I loved the old show. If that is the one you are talking about then I will get it. Not if its the new version.

No it's definitely the old version from the 80's-90's
And yeah I read something like that too (the bonus eps from season 10). Apparently they're "never-been-aired" episodes or something, I don't know. |

Man, I cannot believe that TMNT lasted for 10 seasons. Wow, I never knew that even though I watched that show for years. Heck most of the great cartoons of that time period did not last long: Transformers 3 seasons, GI.Joe (Marvel/Sunbow, not the DIC one) lasted only 2, but ran in re-runs for years and years.

The first season to the original TMNT cartoon was in fact only 5 episodes. The DVD will also contain 4 episodes never aired on TV, bringing the episode count to 9. If the DVD does indeed sell well, Artisian Home Entertainment will definitely consider releasing the rest of the seasons as box sets.
