how the fuck is Cena gonna be in an Ironman Match?
Seriously? He has like 20 moves at most and pretty much only uses like 5-10 of them.

20?
you're being a bit liberal with that statement aren't you, are you including punches, kicks and shoulder tackle? |

I think that includes Cena and Orton's entire moveset.
It'll be 23 minutes of Cena in a headlock, 23 minutes of Orton being punched, 10 minutes of failed pin attempts, 4 minutes of moves. |

With it being anything goes, my guess is 2/3rds of the match will be foreign objects, rest holds and outside interference.

i would love it if 3 mins into the cena orton match, bryan danielson and austin aries attack them both so they have to be stretchered out and then danielson and aries have to have the iron man match
now that is booking |

I can guarantee Cena will get a few punches in, maybe that awful sit down thing that even he manages to screw up and an arm drag but the rest will be him getting kicked about the ring (figuratively) until about the last 5 when he makes a miraculous comeback (you know, to make a nice change from his normal matches) which is when he'll win. 1-0.

Orton is an okay wrestler, and I'm not bringing him down, but no way in hell he can carry Cena to a decent hour-long match. Shawn Michaels did it, but he's Shawn Michaels.

Cena really hasn't been that bad lately. Not expecting a classic, but I don't think it's gonna be bad.

I don't see a 1-0 type of match, but for Orton to use a foreign object, rack up like 3-4 consecutive pins in the first 20 minutes or so, then Cena to go crazy for his massive comeback (how original) with 5 minutes left to tie it, have Orton in the STF for a minute to end the match with Orton not submitting, then Cena winning it in OT ala Shawn & Bret 1996 |

He's Cena, he ALWAYS overcomes the odds. I won't watch this match due to possible boredom, but I will listen to it while I do other stuff around the house.

I agree with Juan, I think he is really going to put on a show this time.
Although, after watching it last weekend, part of me hopes he stops Orton with a boat in tribute to 12 Rounds. |

Damn. Why not just force Orton to watch 12 Rounds? Tie him to a chair and tape his eyes. I'm sure any foe would give up after that kind of torture.

I'm not gonna lie, I thought it was hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing the whole time...probably not the reaction they would want out of the movie, but I did enjoy it.

Cena's a lot better than his character's "style" allows him to be. He's got a lot more moves than the ones he typically uses in wwe. Hopefully he'll be allowed to break them out for this iron man.

Yeah, I' sure the guy knows more than 20 moves. I imagine John Cena as being a pretty intelligent and comporable worker. Maybe he's gonna change my mind and put on a fucking clinic. I surfe as hell hope so. Then maybe he'll turn heel, call out AmDrag and they'll feud in a best of seven series untill NWO where Regal and Michaels interfere and attack Danielson for tyring to fuck with their star. This leads to Regal v. Michaels v. Danielson at WM.

I could be misreading things but, it seems like the man behind the character has something to prove of late. Maybe, the IWC finally got into his head. Cena was trying to have an actual wrestling match with HHH on what will probably be his last match on RAW. I think a motivated Cena with an aggressive faster paced Orton could put on a decent match. The real problem is that this "the rivalry" should have been over at Hell in a Cell.
The obvious choice is Cena going to Smackdown if he loses, but Vince could try to test out his theory that Cena=ratings by sending him briefly to ECW, though that seems unimaginable unless the scenario is elevating Christian to the Main Event. Cena going to Smackdown= Cena winning the Royal Rumble and facing either Undertaker or CM Punk at WM |
