Admit you marked out for the Dugeon of Doom
Come on, I know some people in here were marks for the Dungeon. Hell, I'll admit I liked them. I love stables that deliever beatdowns to wrestlers and we got plenty of them with the Dungeon giving Hulk a run for his money. Who didn't like the 7 on 1 beatdowns compliments of the Dungeon. They had some pretty diverse characters too. You had the cult leader, The Taskmaster, A 2 million year old Wizard, a Shark, A Yeti, A Lepracaun, A Lochness Monster, The Zodiac, Two Giants, (one was Uganden) Hugh Morris and Meng. I mean can you ask for a better lineup? I think not. So let's give some praise to The Elite Stable known as The Dungeon of Doom.

I remember a segment where Hogan wandered into the "dungeon of doom". He bent over, took a drink of the water, and said, "There's no Hulkamania in this water, brother!". That sh*t was funny.
The Giant was cool when he first came out. He was tall, muscular, and in athletic looking shape. He really seemed dominant then. This was probably my favorite point in his whole wrestling career. |

Serioulsy, if you marked for "The Taskmaster, A 2 million year old Wizard, a Shark, A Yeti, A Lepracaun, A Lochness Monster, The Zodiac, Two Giants, (one was Uganden) Hugh Morris and Meng" then you must've been that one person who thought the RoboCop angle was a good idea. It's entertaining in a dumb kind of way, but it gets tired fast. |

Hmmmm...... this must've been like 1994-1995? There was a period of time during the mid 90's that I didn't pay attention to wrestling. I am trying and trying but I can't remember the Dungeon of Doom. Either that or I remember them but the Hulk Hogan thing is throwing me off. Crap.

Wasn't Konnan a DoD member for a little while? I seem to remember him making up a stupid little hand signal that didn't go over at all.

Seriously, though, Konnan was decent, but he really needed to give up the gangsta thing. It just didn't work for him. |

I don't know, I always had a soft spot for the gangsta gimmicks. Anyone who wore a bandanna Scott Hall style was cool with me. So Cena, K-Dawg, Hall and whomever else I always liked because they carried that thug gimmick with them.
