Meng has to win! Nobody ever got over so well without ANY promos. Even in WWF, he never spoke, and only had a few grunts in WCW. Skills, intimidation and charisma that didn't require sound-bytes or catch phrases.

Oh please was "Storm" ever known as the Tongan Tornado? Plus, Lance had to do the "Calgery.... Dramatic pause... Alberta, Canada" to make a great promo but all Meng had to say was "AM I'M NOT!"
