Is there a universal charger?
I have a Wii and X-Box 360 and I don't want to spend a fortune in batteries. Is there a universal charger available for both controllers?

XCM Multi Charger charges a bunch of different items, I'm not sure about Wii since it doesn't list it, but it does so many others I'd assume the Wii would work too.

Thats a USB charger that plugs into the wall, so anything that charges via USB will be good with that.

Still need to buy the battery packs for 360 and Wii seperate.

I think that's the one I have. Just plug it in when you're finished playing and it recharges itself every time, I never have to take it out for anything.

Well I see that charger packs for the x-box is $20. And that isn't my problem. Wii controllers seem to suck so much more juice.

I just thought it was odd that the PS3 ruled for something not particularly exclusive to it. I'd say modern consoles in general rule for the feature.

Penner was likely referencing the fact that PS3 does it by default.

As such, no, the 360 does not. Personally, I'd rather have a couple battery packs plus a play and charge or quick charge kit, but then, it still means you're buying a 20 dollar accessory to do what the PS3 does out of the box.

I'm fairly certain Xbox comes with a controller charger for the one wireless controller. Dead certain, in fact. As in the last three Xboxes I've seen unboxed came with one. Stock.
