Where are the long stretches of big ratings in any of John Cena's reigns? They don't exist. He's not a draw. He's just the biggest ant on the ant hill now.

This would be a good argument for the whinge thread. Take it there :y:

I remember when Triple H was the top guy on Raw. Never a predictable end to a PPV.

Lol Punk was soooo over that they had him do third on the card World Title defences.
Rock/Hogan warmed the crowd up for HHH/Jericho just like HBK/Taker warmed up the crowd for HHH/Orton.

He faced a shitload of different people, put on great matches, and made stars. He won in many different ways. If it wasn't him going in as heel world champion, HBK winning at SSeries 02, Goldberg winning in 03, Benoit in 04, Batista in 05, Cena in 06, Hardy in 08, etc. wouldn't have been as big of a deal. Triple H made stars. Name one star John Cena has made.

The last 5 minutes of both of those WrestleManias sucked.

Cena single-handedly made a star at Extreme Rules in 2010...

Lol Punk fought on the undercard of the match of the century that was Cena vs Big John.

Triple H/Jericho was the culmination of an awe-inspiring story. The WM25 match was fucked over by a shitty stipulation (HHH loses title if he gets DQd) in a match about him getting retribution and having to follow an all-time classic match that drained the crowd. Both matches were still good matches.

He was consistently in the 3.2-3.4 range. Much better than the 2.7 Punk was drawing. If you can't headline a PPV without Cena than you shouldn't be a champ. Punk wasn't a good champ. Thank God the Rock came back and saved the company from going under due to the influx of vanilla midgets getting valuable T.V time.

3MB wasn't on Raw this week so I'm expecting a low number.
Love watching these FBDV Punk smarks cry and have no facts backing up what a "great title reign" he had.

No, those matches were fucked over because they followed better matches.
Did I ever say they weren't better matches? It had more to do with the crowd being dead than the match itself. Those weren't bad matches, but the environment of WrestleMania can multiply a match by a billion.

I won't even dignify those with a response other than "Go choke your chicken."
4 pages of chicken shit.
I wanted to get back to last night- Rock brought out the actual spinner belt and not the recent one where the W did not spin. So in theory, there are now 3 WWE championship belts going around.

Sounds good. Cena vs Rock vs Del Rio. Punk can be the Special Timekeeper like the "Where's the Beef " woman. Even that is too much for that vanilla midget.

Also, regarding WM3, Hogan/Andre was cashing in on the dream match. You didn't see them do it again at WM4 or have Andre win at WM3 just to have Hogan "get his win back and epic moment" at WM4. No. .
Actually, they did. They got byes and faced off in the quarter-finals of the tourney. And it was horrible compared to WrestleMania III.

A bank account is where the money's at.
Sin Cara is where the money is at.
Can a company get a life insurance policy for one of its employees? As in, if the employee dies, the company gets the money?
Though, I suppose ADD insurance would be more appropriate.

I think Walmart actually had something similar to that or at least in the past. If an employee died, they'd get a share of the death benefits or could claim it as a tax exemption.

Because the main event was the finals of a tournament. I dunno how Hogan or Andre could've wrestled 3 or 4 matches.

Well in a tournament you really don't know what matches are happening, so that isn't saying much at all.
Hulk/Andre was the reason for the entire tournament though. Hulk/Andre was also used to launch the rest of the Big Four PPVs we know today.
Survivor Series 87: Hulks Team Vs. Andres Team. First time they stepped into the ring against each other since WrestleMania 3.
The Royal Rumble (USA Special): Hulk and Andre sign a contract to fight in the Main Event for the title where Andre won.
SummerSlam 88: Hulk and Savage Vs. Ted and Andre.

And then he murdered Andre at the 1993 King of the Ring.
