the Cabana started things off with Michaels as guest, he made some cracks at Hogan and the crowd chanted "Hogan". Masterpiece was also guesting, and the two beat down on HBK until Flair came in for the save. The Masterlock challenge was I think, changed to next week, and a tag match was made Carlito/masters versus HBK/Flair.
Flair was taken out backstage, a lot of us seem to think triple H. Flair came back in time for what had been changed to a handicap match. He was beat with the masterlock.

In other events Hardy and Edge were in a street fight. Before the match there were segments backstage that included Edge chilling with Aterbridge, the guys who do his theme. Also Lita "Slutted up" on Matt and probably set off a masturbation frenzy among teenage boys. The street fight was pretty decent and ended up with edge and Hardy going off the stage into the sound equipment, both were taken away by EMT's.

Otherwise:Big Show squashed a jobber tag team,Rosey was knocked out with a boot from Tomko in their match, and Cade/Murdoch had another video preview in which Murdoch said he'd "stick his size 12 up....", so the anal raping hicks gimmick is in full swing.

Cena and Angle had a verbal battle, Cena made a gay joke, and Angle came a great intense promo, Cena invited him into the ring and turned his back seeing as that's what Angle likes (gay joke again), Angle hooked the anklelock for a couple of seconds before Cena broke loose and sent him out the ring.

Oh, and Torrie/Candace made Ashley fight Victoria.

RAW wasn't as great as it's been lately. The best parts of the night were the Street Fight, and the Angle/Cena promo. Masters doesn't deserve to be, much less win the main event, but at least he got me fantasy points.

Some masterful selling with that Street Fight. Edge is shown crying like he broke his neck again. I don't think it was legit, so he deserves an award for that one.

And Tomko getting a squash match on RAW against the Tag Team Champions? WTF?

After Matt Hardy drove Edge off the RAW ramp with a Side Effect Monday night, both Superstars were taken to a local medical facility. Both Hardy and Edge were held overnight for observation. It has been determined that no structural damaged occurred, however, both men are extremely battered and bruised. I was afraid at the end of the street fight. Not for fear that the 12 year old girls might not be able to cheer for Matt Hardy anymore. Nor was I fearing that those of us who enjoy Edge's selective use of the crazy-man look might lose him. What was I afraid of?

Either of them becoming the next Goldust-stuck-with-a-stutter-from-electricution role. God. That would suck so much ass.
