It's easier to fake with arms and hands. Harder to fake with a belt or tie.

Kids would kill themselves faster with belts or ties in this case

I'll be honest, I would be a bit pissed off if this happened to any of the NXT rookies. They now are a man down in their stable because of 3 seconds on TV...but, obviously, the fact that it's Danielson makes it suck even more.

Contrary to most of the IWC, there are relatively few guys WWE releases where I think "man, he could have really been something, WWE shouldn't have let him go" etc. but Danielson was one of them.

I never thought he'd be a multi-time WWE champion, or anything of the sort...but I felt he could eventually be a consistent upper-card guy based on the virtue of his ring work, maybe a token title run at some point. But basically, I thought he could be Chris Benoit with much more charisma. A guy who could be counted on for a good match 9 times out of 10. A guy who may not draw HUGE money, but people would still pay to see him in a legit program. Despite it being "sports entertainment", I do believe that some guys can still get over based on their work rate, you just have to give them the proper time in their matches so the crowd can appreciate their craft.

But, ah well. We'll never know unless this is an amazing swerve, or they just bring him back at a later date. I can't even chew out WWE for misusing him other than firing him, because I think they did a great job with him thus far and it felt like he was about to break out...just an unfortunate turn of events really.

The PG shit is fucking stupid. I don't see what morals the company really puts out there for children. Use your fists to solve your problems? Are the WWE going to have John Cena change his belt into the WWE Debating Championship? I understand Vince wants the WWE to be recognised as "legitimate" entertainment, but the rest of the world still calls it "wrestling" and still treats it like a freak-show.

Wrestling is never going to please people who don't like kids hurting themselves being fuckheads. It's violence whichever way you cut the cheese -- no matter how muh John Cena talks about respect. If Vince got his balls back, the WWE would not be such a boring place.
