What? UAV doesn't do shit really, and if you're good enough and playing with people you know you can pretty much keep the other team from getting a UAV for most of the game.

If you want realistic, play Team Hardcore. No HUD at all. It's just you and your gun. Mini-map shows up only if you get UAV. Thus if someone does an airstrike or gets a helicopter, you don't know where it is unless you have UAV. Likewise, it means people don't show up on map simply from firing a gun. There are no grenade indicators either. You have to pay attention to the noise they make, or see where they land and get the hell out of the way. Weapons do more damage as well. You can setup some weapons (the G3, which is a single shot) to be one shot kills. Just means you have to actually be a good shot.

The game is plenty realistic if you actually give it a shot.

I also once played against a team that ALL had UAV Jammer. It was pretty hardcore. Just completely random and the entire team was made up of all people in a party, and our team got shit on because it was a bunch of randoms.
