I know it isn't. It's an endless variety of intangibles which, in my opinion, Brock lacks the majority of (at least in front of a camera he does). And charisma is a natural thing... you can't just pick it up, or learn it. But, totally contradicting myself as ever (Hey, I'm NeanderCarl, the most self-contradicting poster in TPWW history! That's my... uh... thing ), he DID seem more charismatic by the time he left than when he first arrived. Maybe he just felt more comfortable out there.

But he is nowhere near the league of the Hogans, Austins and Rocks (which I'm sure you would concur), and not even at the level of lesser guys like B.G. James, Big Show or Vampiro.

And finally, just to prove your point that charisma isn't neccessarily equated by verbal skills, I got one word: Goldberg. Super-charisma, but keep the mic away from him.
