Why is there heat on Nitro/Melina for being a couple anyway?

They got heat when they were first starting to go out. That was a couple of weeks or months before MNM split up and Nitro showed up on RAW. It was also because they supposedly were being arrogant and disrespectful backstage and "putting their relationship before the company."
