They should do what they did with the IC belt one time.

Battle Royal on SmackDown, last two people fight for the title later on.
If we were further out from a PPV I'd say do a tournament, but since it's the last show before a PPV...
They could use this to hype up the Bash.
"Unlike the last PPV, there will be a new champ!"
