So how many theme songs are just ripoffs of old theme songs

Raven's / Serotonin's theme borrows heavily from his WCW theme,
(it's a bit like Nirvana's Come As You Are guitar riff, but slowed down)
but ultimately the song is awsome, so why shouldn't they re-use it?
