Is Heath ledger going to be a better Joker than Jack?

I never really liked Jack's Joker. It's just Jack Nicholson goofing around. I never thought, "Hey, that's The Joker." I thought, "That's Jack Nicholson with a lot of makeup."

Heath Ledger appears to have lost himself in the role.
