I understand Avery Johnson more then the D'antoni rumors.

Avery Johnson choked huge 2 years in a row. He panicked against Miami then panicked against Golden State. He overcoaches everything, and you have to put some blame on him for those 2 series.

I think it's time for Avery Johnson to go,and hopefully D'antoni doesn't leave the Suns, becuase I don't want see him coaching the Raptors.

With Kevin Durant people do realize he was the only offense on that team? He was also put in a terrible situation, where it had no chance to be good. Al Hortford was the 3rd or 4th option on his team. Kevin Durant single handly won games down the stretch for his terrible team.

Al Hortford is awsome, and is a franchise player no dobut. This Rookie of the year award wasn't even close though.

Boston is officially overrated. I'm sorry, but if you lose to the Atlanta Hawks 3 out of 6 games, you're not an elite team. And i think Detroit can beat them and i after watching this series so far, they cant guard a 6'6 - 6'10 athletic slasher/scorer. I mean they have no one who can guard Josh Smith or Joe Johnson and maybe even Marvin Williams. What the hell do they plan on doing about Lebron if they even make it that far?

I think Atlanta seriously has a shot to win this fucking series. No matter what though, Boston has been exposed alot in this series.

atlanta is the kidn of team that gives boston trouble. if you look at the remaining team, none of them are really athletic. Clevland has lbj, but not much else in terms of athletism, orlando isn't really either, and detroit who i think will lose to orlando biggest weakness is their athletism. IF Boston gets by atlanta I think they'll have a clear ride to the finals.

If the Hawks did pull off the upset in Game 7 over the Celtics. Would you put it in the 10 greatest upsets of all time in sports? I know it likely wouldnt surpass Tyson/Douglas, Miracle On Ice, The 1983 and 1985 NCAA B-Ball title games etc, but I think it would get mentioned.

No one is taking anything away from chris Paul and what he's done for his team, but c'mon. Kobe took his team to the top in one of the toughest and tightest (as far as standings go) conferences of all time. Every team in the Western Conference playoffs bracket had at least 50 wins and Kobe managed to take the Lakers to the top of that mountain. In all fairness, if the Hornets would've emerged out of the Western Conference as the no. 1 seed, then you'd have no argument from me.

Right so Kobe taking the deepest the team in the NBA to the top of the western conference is really that much more impressive then what Chris Paul did? Really?

Chris Paul took the Hornets which is a horrible franchise and a City that didn't care about basketball to a city that now loves their basketball team to 2nd in the western conference. Also they didn't need to steal Pau Gasol. The Hornets won like 30 some games last year, and in one year they won over 50.

You take Kobe off the lakers they are better then the Hornet without Chris Paul. The Lakers got good in spite of Kobe Bryant.

Are we foregetting that Kobe wanted to be traded, because he thought his team was terrible. ARE WE FORGETTING THAT? Sure this is Kobe's best year ever, but Chris Paul had one of the best years ever by a point guard. He had a better a year then any of Steve Nash's years when he won it. Kobe is still a selfish horrible teammate.

The only reason why Kobe is winning it is because he never won it before, and his team got better, becuase they hate him.

Now Kobe is probably the best player in the league, but he isn't the MVP.
